- Unzip your .rar file
- Open your shortcuts app
- Tap on the + sign on the top right corner of the app
- Select "Open app" and type in your desired name.
- Select the app for which you want to change the icon.
- Tap on the three dots in the top-right corner and add it to your home screen.
- Tap the shortcut app icon and then select "Choose photo".
- Add it to your home screen.
