Shipping policy

If you have chosen untracked shipping, I am not responsible for the loss or damage of the package, I always send my packages with great protection, so in case the package was damaged internally it would not be my fault. I will not refund any lost packages that do not have a tracking number.

In case the package is lost and arrives back to my address, I have no problem to resend it again.

If you select shipping with tracking, the total price of the package will be included outside of the package, so it is possible that depending on the country where you live you may have to pay customs.
